Hannah brings over 10 years of project management and marketing experience to Sore Thumb, helping clients across size & industry.

Hannah has lived all over the world and worked with organizations across many disciplines. These experiences help her develop digital marketing strategies that resonate with a range of audiences.

She speaks French, and is PAAB trained.

Julia Pepler

ASSOCIATE PARTNER & SENIOR DESIGNER

Julia brings her years of experience as a graphic designer and communications coordinator to Sore Thumb. Using her technical and creative expertise, she works hands-on to create powerful websites, marketing assets, branding and compelling story-telling.

Julia holds her Bachelor of Design from Emily Carr University of Art and Design and works remotely from Nelson, BC. She became an associate partner of Sore Thumb in January 2025.

Sarah Lochhead

WEB DEVELOPER & PROJECT MANAGER

Sarah joins the Sore Thumb team with over 10 years of administration and project management experience across a variety of sectors. She loves to code and communicates technical stuff in an easy-to-understand way. Sarah holds a BFA and MA in Dance from York University and a diploma in Interactive Media Design - Web from Georgian College.

JUNIOR DESIGNER & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Fyonna Laddaran

Fyonna brings 3 years of experience in graphic design to Sore Thumb. She loves illustrating and crafting dynamic social media content that captivates and engages audiences. Using her keen eye for visual storytelling, Fyonna helps brands build meaningful connections across digital platforms.

Fyonna holds a Bachelor of Design from Emily Carr University of Art and Design and works remotely from Richmond, BC.
