Resilient Voices

Building a brand that helps people find their voice with confidence and clarity.

Background

Resilient Voices is a values-driven social enterprise founded by Carolyn Hart and Ryan Clarke. Their work brings together advocacy and nervous system literacy to help individuals and organizations communicate with greater confidence, clarity, and steadiness.

As a new organization, they needed a brand that could reflect the depth of their work while remaining approachable, evidence-informed, and built for long-term growth.

The brief

Resilient Voices approached us before launch with a comprehensive strategy and a clear vision, but no visual identity or digital presence.

They needed a brand and website that could translate complex ideas into something accessible, establish credibility with organizations across multiple sectors, and create a strong foundation for future programs, publications, and partnerships.

What Resilient Voices needed

1

A thoughtful visual identity, including a logo system and brand assets

A comprehensive brand guide with typography, colour palette, imagery, and usage guidelines

4

Branded collateral, including PowerPoint templates, virtual meeting backgrounds, social media assets, and presentation materials

The challenge

Create a brand that communicates expertise without feeling corporate, warmth without feeling therapeutic, and impact without relying on overused social enterprise clichés.

The website also needed to organize nuanced concepts into a clear, intuitive experience that would resonate with nonprofit, healthcare, education, and leadership audiences.

The solution

Working closely with the founders, we translated a detailed strategic brief into a visual identity rooted in clarity, connection, and confidence. Every design decision in building their brand was guided by their mission of helping people advocate for themselves while building resilience.

The result is a cohesive brand ecosystem that supports workshops, speaking engagements, partnerships, and future growth, while giving Resilient Voices a professional presence that feels both credible and deeply human.
